MEDITATE LIKE A BUDDHA!
When was the last time you had some quality time with your SELF or SPIRIT???
Some of us go first thing in the morning to our Facebook, Twiiter, TV, News and Emails I’m guilty too! ☺ But this automatically allows us to become at the affect from the world’s distractions. To be able to fully function as our TRUE POTENTIAL, which is infinite love. We must create a foundation of stillness, and connect with our higher selves so we are not easily swayed by the lower energies of the world. This may sound HIPPIE DIPPY but I guarantee it works!! You’ll feel centered, and in tune with your body, mind and spirit. Whether it be closing your eyes for 2 min in the morning focusing on your breathe, or practicing yoga to setting intentions for the day, it is important to check in with yourself before you begin your day. There’s a great quote ” All that you seek, is already within you”
